Corporate Social Responsibilities
BAGFAS integrates its commercial achievements with social resposibility projects, offering various facilities and opportunities to both employees and the population in the vicinity.
SOIL ANALYSIS LAB :
Soil Analysis Laboratory of the Company, which has been equipped with modern technical facilities and employs a specialized team, dissects and analyses the soil and provide prescriptions to the cultivators and farmers.

ATATÜRK CULTURE CENTER:
BAGFAS Mosque and Library are the social and cultural unites open not only to the employees but also to the people living in the neighbourhood and to the guests since 1986.

RECEP GENÇER ANADOLU VOCATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL OF INDUSTRIAL STUDIES :
The school was established and dedicated to public education by Professional Chemical Engineer Recep Gencer, Founder and CEO of BAGFAS.

Located on a 60.000 sq meter area near Bandirma-Edincik-Gonen highway, Anadolu Vocational High School of Industrial Studies provides contemporary educational opportunities to the students, with superior educational, social and sportive facilities, one of them being Neriman Gencer Sports Complex.

FUEL OIL SERVICE STATION:
The fuelling station has been active since 1975, supplying fuel oil for heavy-duty motor vehicles at the most immediate site in the vicinity. The station has become an attraction site for the by passers with its social facilities and with its proximity to the touristic centers.

RECEP GENÇER FOUNDATION:
Recep Gencer Foundation awards free scholarship in higher education to BAGFAS employees’ children as well as to the youngs in need in the neighbourhood. 127 students benefit the scholarship programme of the foundation at present and receive education at national and international universities.

The Foundation also cooperates with the local secondary school administrations in Bandirma, Erdek and Edincik, and provides clothings for successful and necessitous students, and supply food allowance to the families who have limited means for livelihood during Ramadan month every year.
